Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at this store. Manager was rude and inconsiderate.

The store has quite a lot of product and very good pricing however it is solely for licensed hairdressers if you know someone who is one they can give you their number or the CosmoProf card number however for regular people trying to buy hair products unfortunately you cannot shop at this location unless there's a very nice person in the store willing to let you use their card.

Inventory seems to always be low. Prices are a little bit higher then other suppliers. But very friendly staff and clean store.

Love it there . The only thing I can say that needs to be improved is they need to bring in more nail polishes, they are almost completely out.
